Responsibilities to personnel:

The Company is responsible for the payment of salaries and wages to the Nurses rendering services. It is likewise responsible for withholding payroll taxes such as federal, state and city income taxes. The Company shall also be responsible for providing Worker’s Compensation Coverage and State Disability Insurance.
